Alinity Divine

Alinity was mentioned in a complaint suing Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch participant who filed a suit against Twitch for damages in the amount of $25 million. He claimed that the website exposed him to sexually explicit videos by female streamers. Based on court papers discovered by Dexerto the plaintiff who has previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, submitted an official complaint to the court on June 15 seeking to file a lawsuit. Twitch was served an formal summons on June 19. Estavillo is a man who, as per his complaint to Santa Clara Superior Court of California submitted on June 15 was suffering from obsessive/compulsive problems as well as sexual addiction, among other health issues that force him to depend solely on the internet to entertain himself. The complaint also claims Twitch can cause more harm to these disorders. The complaint went on to identify a variety of female streamers it claims "continues to show viewers who just want to see people playing video games on Twitch while being confronted by sexually addictive materials and material on a continuous every day." Alinity was not listed. In its request for relief, the company wants to ban forever all streamers who violated Twitch TOS. $25 million is also sought, "to be divided between the plaintiff and all other Twitch primary Turbo subscribers" while the remaining funds will go to charity.
