Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was an actor at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with honors) in Theater and Communication. After moving to Los Angeles, she became active in the theater arts and began acting and choreographing roles for more than 2 dozen plays and musicals including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title parts in Los Angeles' Award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to secure film and television roles while studying improvisations at The Groundlings. Her voice is distinctive and her small size lets her play a variety of characters. She was known to the public for taking on the character of the villainous Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. In reality her most well-known role is as the bright and cheery receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was an attorney and a party animal in TV the show Land's The Exes in the role of a series regular from 2011-2015. Kelly also appeared in the role of Alyssa's smart, sassy sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW show No Tomorrow. Her fame is based on her soprano vocals in many cartoons. They include Doctor McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she appeared in the role of the charming but dimwitted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's famous comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet life which is quiet with two children under the age of five. She loves to sew and writes and is a volunteer in various school activities.
